The "Balance Pulley" has a mechanism where the center part of the pulley is thickened (crowned) and rotates freely without being fixed to the shaft, allowing for movement to the left and right. Guides are installed at both ends of the belt, and instead of the belt shifting, rollers shift accordingly, preventing wavering. Additionally, in the current conveyor industry, there are no established standards for widths and other specifications in conveyor manufacturing, leading various conveyor manufacturers to produce conveyors of different shapes depending on the site.
